CANCELLATION POLICY

You are required to read and agree to this cancellation policy to book an appointment. Due to increase in no-shows, last minute cancellations, and service changes, RaeM Lash and Brow will enforce a strict policy. Please be mindful of this cancellation policy when booking your appointment. If you are attempting to cancel an appointment within 48 hours, you will not be able to cancel or reschedule your appointment online. You will have to contact us directly 720-892-8689. (Please no emails) We understand unforeseen circumstances arise and we will give a one-time courtesy for sickness or a family emergency and will waive the charge. *Cancellations or rescheduled appointments less than 48 hour notice- a 50% fee of the entire service *Cancellations or rescheduled appointments less than 24 hours notice -a 100% fee of entire service (unless we arrange a different time on the same day, if there is availability) RaeM Lash and Brow reserves the right to charge a fee for NO CALL NO SHOWS, SAME DAY SERVICE CHANGES AND SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS By clicking the box, you authorize your card on file for cancellation purposes, and you agree to the cancellation policy and in the event of the charge due to a cancellation fee within the policy, you will not dispute the cancellation charge with your bank. As a courtesy we send email and text reminders for your appointments. We will send notice if a cancellation fee will be charged.
