CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation policy. Due to an increase in no-shows, last-minute cancellations, and same-day service changes, RaeM Lash & Brow enforces a strict cancellation policy. • 48+ hours notice: No fee. • Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of the scheduled service total. • Less than 24 hours notice: 100% of the scheduled service total. • Same-day cancellations, same-day service changes, no-call/no-shows: Up to 100% of the scheduled service total. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, please call or text 720-892-8689. Online cancellations and rescheduling are not available within 48 hours. (Please do not email.) We understand emergencies happen and offer a one-time courtesy waiver for illness or a family emergency. If there is availability, I will try to arrange a rescheduled time the same day to avoid the fee. Appointment reminders are sent via text and email as a courtesy. Notification will be provided if a cancellation fee is charged. By clicking the box yes, I have read and understand this policy for all bookings and authorize RaeM Lash & Brow to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation fees and agree not to dispute valid charges that fall within this policy.
